In Australia he was again a Champion and the winner of the Gr.1 Lightning Stakes at Flemington. Within the space of 5 days at Royal Ascot, England Choisir defeated the best that Europe had to offer in the Gr.1 Golden Jubilee Stakes and the Gr.2 King’s Stand Stakes. A leading 2nd crop sire with nearly 40 winners including stakes winners Stimulation, Choose Your Moment, Fat Boy, Luna Nel Pozzo, Porto Marmay.
