23rd Winner for Lion Heart

Exciting young sire Lion Heart continues to roll out the winners adding his 23^rd to the tally when Thankherbanker (2f Lion Heart x Asolare, by Gold Fever) scored on debut at Meadowlands on Tuesday.

The Mark Hennig trained filly did best in a driving finish to take the six furlong fillies maiden by a neck.

Retained to race by her breeder Gary Zwerling, Thankherbanker is from the Gold Fever mare Asolare, a half-sister to Group Two winner Globalize from the family of champion mare Jewel Princess.

Lion Heart is the sire of 23 winners this year including seven stakes horses.
