More Winners for Chapel Royal

Chapel Royal posted his 16th and 17th winners at the weekend with success for speedy fillies Pinkerbelle and Our Lady Chapel.
The Cathal Lynch trained Our Lady Chapel (2f Chapel Royal x Chic Anita, by Regal Search) blitzed her rivals to win the maiden event over five furlongs by five and half lengths.
Placed three times previously, Our Lady Chapel was overdue to break through and is from the stakes-winning mare Chic Anita.
Scoring at the Oak Tree course at Santa Anita at her second race start was the Michael Machowsky trained filly Pinkerbelle (2f Chapel Royal x Bridal Suite, by Unbridled), who took the five and a half furlong maiden on the all weather track by two and a quarter lengths.
Pinkerbelle sped quickly through to share the lead and then shook off all challengers to score a good win and is from the minor winner Bridal Suite, a daughter of Group Three winning Storm Cat mare Cat Appeal.
Chapel Royal now has 17 individual juvenile winners to his credit, equal with that of his barn mate Lion Heart.
