Million Dollar Mare for Encosta

Group Three placed mare Danevade set a new record price for a thoroughbred sold in Victoria this week when she made $1,050,000 at the Inglis August Thoroughbred Sale and is booked to visit Encosta de Lago.

A full sister to HK Group One winner Scintillation and former outstanding racemare Shania Dane, Danevade is by Danehill from outstanding producer Subterfuge.

A late entry into the sale, Danevade was offered by Riverend Park and D’Arcy Thoroughbreds and was purchased by Victorian breeders Morning Rise Stud.
