Goodbye Norma Jean Wins Again

Talented mare Goodbye Norma Jean (4m Tale of the Cat x Norma’s Legacy, by Red Ransom) made it back to back stakes wins when saluting in the Dr O.G Fischer Memorial Stakes at Sunray Park over seven furlongs.

Coming off a last start win in the Fern Sawyer Handicap at Ruidoso Downs, the Henry Domingquez trained mare raced clear to win this assignment by a length and a half in taking her record to five wins and five placings from 10 starts with earnings of $155,580.

Purchased for $140,000 at the 2005 Keeneland September Yearling Sale, Goodbye Norma Jean is from the Red Ransom mare Norma’s Legacy, who comes from the family of European Group One stars Sulamani and Dream Well.
