Seventh Winner for Lion Heart

Leading US first season sire Lion Heart added a seventh winner to his tally on Sunday when Pretty Prolific (2f Lion Heart x Seattle Way, by Seattle Slew) won on debut at Churchill Downs.

Backed into favouritism, Pretty Prolific was always prominent and kicked away to win the five furlong contest by three and a half lengths.

Trained by James Baker for owner Tom Walters, Pretty Prolific is one of eight winners from the very good producer Seattle Way, a half-sister to three stakes-winners from the champion mare Waya.
