First-season sire sensation One Cool Cat had already had winners in Britain, Ireland and Italy before Eternal Flash (2f One Cool Cat-Eternal Beauty, by Zafonic) took Germany’s first juvenile event of 2008 at Baden Baden on Sunday.

The filly, who was bred by Alfiya Shaykhutdinova, took the 1,000-metre contest by two lengths and trainer Christian von der Recke now plans to step her up to Listed company for the Sierpstorff Rennen.
