Conditions stakes 1-2 for unstoppable Cat

One Cool Cat’s remarkable run continued at Goodwood on Thursday when he sired the first two home in a conditions stakes.

The Richard Hannon-trained Icesolatar (2c One Cool Cat-Zinnia, by Zilzal), who had scored at the Sussex track five days earlier, came out in top when just beating the William Jarvis-trained Smokey Storm (2c One Cool Cat-Marisa, by Desert Sun) in the five-furlong event.

Both horses look smart prospects and Icesolatar, who was bred by Pier House Stud, could make a quick reappearance at Windsor on Monday evening.
