Encosta Filly for $850,000

Australia’s current leading sire Encosta de Lago featured during the opening session of the Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale with a filly from Emulate (NZ) that made $850,000 to the bid of Ingham Bloodstock.

Offered for sale by Coolmore Stud as Lot 98, the filly is a half-sister to Group One New Zealand Oaks winner Tapildo and Group Two STC Silver Slipper winner Plagiarize, who also raced for the Ingham family during her brief career on the track.
