Heatseeker Gets First Graded Stakes Win at Hollywood

Heatseeker (Giant's Causeway -- Rusty Back, by Defensive Play) captured his first graded stakes win on Saturday by winning the G3 Native Diver Handicap at Hollywood Park. The four-year-old colt got a nice outside trip and waited out the leaders before kicking past them in the stretch in the 1 1/8-mile contest. The 1 1/4-length victory was Heatseeker's fifth in 12 starts.
