Royal Regan Wins Lightning City Stakes

Royal Regan (Royal Academy -- Shingalana, by Jolie's Halo) swung five wide in the stretch and ran down the leaders to win the Lightning City Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs on Saturday. The four-year-old filly won the five furlong turf contest by a length to improve her career earnings to more than $167,000.
