Danzon Dominates G3 Kentucky Cup Distaff

Danzon (Royal Academy -- Zappeuse, by Kingmambo) rolled to a 5-length victory in the G3 Kentucky Cup Distaff on Saturday to score her first graded stakes win in the United States. The four-year-old filly split horses on the far turn, got the lead and drew away handily in the final furlong to ace the 1 1/6-mile test at Turfway Park.
