Thunder Belle (Thunder Gulch -- Rangoon Belle) steadily advanced and gained command in the stretch to win the San Juan County Commissioners Handicap at Sunray Park on Sunday. The 2 1/2 length victory was the third in nine starts for the five-year-old horse.
