Mike Fox Takes the Queen's Plate at Woodbine

Mike Fox (Giant's Causeway -- Alexis, by Alzao) stalked the pace to the far turn and responded well in the final furlong to win the $1,000,000 Queen's Plate Stakes at Woodbine on Sunday. The 3-year-old colt won the 1 1/4 mile test by a half length for his fourth career victory.
