Montjeu colt Honolulu destined for better things

The Montjeu colt Honolulu (3c Montjeu-Cerulean Sky by Darshaan) is a name for the notebook after landing the Listed Martin Molony Stakes at Limerick in impressive fashion.

Jockey Kieren Fallon felt there will be much better to come from his mount, trained by Aidan O’Brien and bred by Kilfrush Stud.

"I came from behind today and these Montjeus just get better and better with age," said Fallon. "He’ll have learned a lot from this and go on from here. He did it easily when I asked him for an effort and I was impressed."
