Charm the Giant Captures G3 Wilshire Handicap

Charm the Giant (Giant's Causeway -- Olympic Charmer, by Olympio) made it two stakes wins in a row as she came from off the pace to win the G3 Wilshire Handicap by a length and a half on Wednesday. The five-year-old mare swung four wide the stretch and passed seven rivals to win the 1-mile turf contest. It was Charm the Giant's sixth career victory, and pushed her career earnings to more than $294,000.
