Two up for Choisir, Listed test next for Porto Marmay

Less than 48 hours after Fat Boy (2c Choisir-Gold Shift by Night Shift)’s impressive debut success at Kempton Park, Choisir appropriately had his second northern hemisphere winner in the Coolmore Choisir EBF Fillies Maiden at Cork when Porto Marmay (f Choisir - Nordicolini by Nordico) scored for trainer Ken Condon.

The Minch Bloodstock-bred filly - who was a well-supported 2/1 favourite - is now likely to step up to Listed company. "Johnny (Murtagh) said she was still green and we’ll have a look at the Listed Coolmore Stakes at the Curragh in May," said Condon.
