OLIVINE ROMPS IN BUSHER STAKES

OLIVINE (Royal Academy -- Miner's Blessing, by Forty Niner) rolled to a front-running five length victory in the Busher Stakes at Aqueduct on Sunday. Under Charles Lopez, the 3-year-old filly opened up an early lead, drew away on the backstretch, and remained well clear of the field throughout the 1 1/16-mile contest. With the victory, ROYAL ACADEMY remains second in the 2007 general sire rankings.
